Padme Amidala Original and Limited Edition Art

Padme Amidala: Padmé is the secret wife of Anakin Skywalker and mother of Luke Skywalker and Princess Leia Organa. Born in a mountain village on Naboo to Ruwee Naberrie and Jobal Naberrie, 48 years before the events of Star Wars Episode IV: A New Hope (1977), Padmé Naberrie became known successively by her Name of State as Princess Amidala of Theed, later becoming Queen Amidala of Naboo and Senator Amidala of the Galactic Republic, who adheres to the principles of democracy and rule of law. Padme is the sister of Sola Naberrie and the aunt of Senator Pooja Naberrie who eventually became a very good friend of Padme's daughter Princess Leia whilst not knowing each other's relation. She had a secret marriage with Jedi Knight Anakin Skywalker who would later turn to the dark side. From this marriage came Luke Skywalker and Leia Organa Solo who played integral parts in the original Star Wars stories.
